| Background | Autocamtide-3， a 13-amino-acid peptide containing Thr287， is a selective CaMKII (Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent kinase II) (CaMK) substrate. |
| In Vitro | 20 μM Autocamtide-3 (H2N-Lys-Lys-Ala-Leu-His-Arg-Gln-Glu-Thr-Val-Asp-Ala-Leu-COOH)， and 5 μL of CaMKII is used in a 50 μL kinase-assay reaction. Autocamtide-3 shows catalytic activity. |
