1. This product is a mass spectrometry-compatible general-purpose cocktail for protein extraction from cells or tissues, effectively inhibiting various proteases (such as serine proteases, aminopeptidases, cysteine proteases, threonine and aspartic acid proteases, metalloproteases, etc.) and phosphatases (such as serine/threonine, tyrosine, acidic and alkaline phosphatases).
2. The product contains a tube of protease inhibitor cocktail (general use, mass spectrometry compatible, 50X) and a tube of phosphatase inhibitor cocktail (50X) along with separately packaged 0.05M EDTA.
3. The product is easy to use, typically added at a 1:50 ratio to lysis buffer for protein extraction, and one package is usually sufficient for preparing 100ml of lysis buffer.
