1. This product is a phosphatase inhibitor cocktail for protein extraction from animal cells or tissues, fungi, bacteria, and plants, containing alkaline phosphatase and serine/threonine phosphatase inhibitors.
2. The product is easy to use, typically added at a 1:50 ratio to lysis buffer for protein extraction and effective inhibition of dephosphorylation.
3. One package is usually sufficient for preparing 100ml of lysis buffer, i.e., 20ul of the product can be added to 1ml of lysis buffer for protein extraction.
