Product introduction:
Sirius Red staining can be used to distinguish type I, II, III, and IV collagen. Due to the alkaline nature of collagen, it strongly reacts with acidic dyes. Sirius Red is a strong acidic dye, and the birefringence phenomenon of collagen will be strongly observed. And it can simultaneously display their relationships on the same slice, directly observe and analyze the degree of fibrosis, mainly used in the study of collagen fiber abnormalities or fiber proliferation in various tissue lesions.
