Phos-tag Acrylamide is a compound that binds specifically to phosphomolecules, enabling the separation and detection of phosphoprotein molecules. A certain concentration of Phos-Key Acrylamide and metal ions (Mn2+ or Zn2+) were added to the conventional SDS-PAGE gel, and the phosphorylated proteins were separated and detected by electrophoresis, staining, and other operations. Phos-Key SDS-PAGE is basically the same as conventional SDS-PAGE operation, which can detect different forms of phosphorylated proteins, and can also be used for WB, mass spectrometry, etc. Operation steps: 1. Weigh 2mg of this product, add 640μL of pure water and 20μL of methanol, and mix well to obtain a 5mM working solution. 2. Add to the gel in a certain proportion when preparing the gel.
