SolarBlue Plus is a unique oily macromolecule that cannot penetrate the cell membrane and enter the cell. It is a safe and non-toxic nucleic acid dye because it is not easy to volatilize and sublime and won't be inhaled by human body. SolarBlue Plus has the same spectral characteristics as EB, which can be detected by ultraviolet light excitation at 300 nm. It is not necessary to change the light filter and observation device (ordinary ultraviolet gel transmission instrument). Furthermore, SolarBlue Plus is suitable for dsDNA in agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
