Cell Dissociation Buffer, also known as Nuclear Separation Bufferr, Nuclear Isolation Buffer, can separate the nucleus from the cell membrane, endoplasmic reticulum, cytoskeleton and other intracellular components. The tissue structure and chemical composition of different plants are quite different, and the effect of using nuclear separation buffer is different, and there is no universally applicable nuclear separation buffer, so it is necessary to try different buffers, and even improve its composition, in order to obtain the best nuclear separation effect. At present, the commonly used dissociation liquids include Galbraith, Tris-MgCl2, HEPES, WPB, LB01, mGb, Marie, GPB, OTTO and Marie, etc. The composition and concentration of various dissociation liquids are different, and different plant samples need to choose suitable dissociation liquids.
