Product Introduction:
Use concentration: 300 mg/L; 400 mg/L; 500 mg/L In order to achieve a more effective use, it is recommended to set 3~5 gradients
Principle: Timentin was divided into ticacillin sodium and clavulanate potassium. According to the effective acid, the ratio of ticacillin sodium and potassium clavulanate was 15:l. Ticacillin is a penicillin-type bactericidal reagent, while clavulanate is an irreversible and efficient β-lactamase inhibitor. A variety of Gram-positive (G+) and negative (G-) bacteria produce beta-lactamases that destroy penicillin before it can hit pathogens. Clavulanic acid restores ticacillin sensitivity by blocking beta-lactamase, which destroys the bacterial defense barrier.
Description:
It is commonly used to inhibit the growth of Agrobacterium, especially in the embryogenic callus regeneration system, and can achieve good antibacterial and regenerative effects.
Use and synthesis method:
Potassium clavulanate alone has little antibacterial effect, but its combination with ticacillin makes it an antibiotic with broad spectrum bactericidal action, suitable for the empirical treatment of a wide range of bacterial infectious diseases.
Ingredients: Ticacillin sodium and clavulanate potassium, in a ratio of 15:1.
