Neutral protease is a kind of endoprotease made by the selected Bacillus subtilis 1398 after deep fermentation and culture, and then refined by extraction process, which can decompose macromolecular proteins into polypeptides and amino acids and other products at a certain temperature and pH value, forming a unique hydrolyzed flavor, which can be used for proteolysis treatment of food, feed, cosmetics, nutritional and health products.
