Sularodamine G, like sulsularodamine B, is also used for polar tracing. Compared with sulfonorhodamine B, it is more fluorescent. In the pH range of 3 to 10, it is mainly used for polar tracing. In the pH range of 3 to 10, no pH-dependent absorption or pH-dependent fluorescence is shown.
