The cyanine dye Cy3.5 is commonly used in biomolecular labeling, fluorescence imaging and other fluorescent bioanalysis. They are widely used in peptides, proteins, nucleotides, etc. The fluorescence of Cy3.5 dye is greatly enhanced after binding to proteins.
