Mitochondria Green Fluorescent Probe
Storage:-20℃ for 6 months, avoid light.
This product is a mitochondria-specific green fluorescent probe. It can be used for mitochondria-specific fluorescent staining of live cells, and can also be used for mitochondrial staining of fixed cells, but the latter staining effect will be slightly reduced. This product cannot be fixed after dyeing. In addition, the staining of mitochondria by this product is not dependent on mitochondrial membrane potential.
This product contains only a trace amount of powder, please centrifuge for a few seconds before use to allow the trace powder to settle to the bottom of the tube. Fluorochromes have quenching problems, so please protect from light to slow down fluorescence quenching.
This product can be used for fluorescent staining in common multi-well plates or dishes, as well as on coverslips or glass slides.
