Endotoxin Erasol(Red)

The endotoxin scavengers manufactured by the company are mainly used to remove endotoxins from DNA, protein, or other liquid samples. Under specific pH, salt concentration, and temperature conditions, endotoxin scavengers bind specifically to DNA, recombinant proteins, and endotoxins in liquid samples, and after high-speed centrifugation at room temperature, DNA or proteins remain in the aqueous phase, while endotoxins are concentrated into a very small volume of the lower phase and removed. After more than 3 times of repeated extraction, the endotoxin level with activity of 5000~50000 EU/ml can be reduced to less than 5~0.5 EU/ml (1000~10000 times).
