Pluripotent Stem Cell Immunofluorescence Assay Kit(Sox2, Rabbit Anti, Green Fluorescence)
This product is a kit for detecting the marker Sox2 of pluripotent stem cells by immunofluorescence staining. The Sox2 rabbit polyclonal antibody in this kit specifically recognizes human or mouse Sox2, which can be widely used in the determination of iPS reprogramming effect, the evaluation of stemness of pluripotent stem cells, and the differentiation detection of stem cells in combination with fluorescence microscopy or high-content screening. This kit contains fixative solution, washing solution, blocking solution, primary antibody, fluorescently conjugated secondary antibody, nuclear fluorescent staining solution, mounting solution, and no other solution is required for use.
