Pluripotent Stem Cell Immunofluorescence Assay Kit(Oct4, Rabbit Anti, Red Fluorescence)
This product is a kit for the detection of Oct4, a marker of undifferentiated status of pluripotent stem cells, by immunofluorescence staining. The Oct4 rabbit polyclonal antibody in this kit specifically recognizes human or mouse Oct4, which can be widely used in the determination of iPS reprogramming effect, the evaluation of stemness of pluripotent stem cells, and the differentiation detection of stem cells in combination with fluorescence microscopy or high-content screening. This kit contains fixative solution, washing solution, blocking solution, primary antibody, fluorescently conjugated secondary antibody, nuclear fluorescent staining solution, mounting solution, and no other solution is required for use.
