The TRA-1-81 murine monoclonal antibody in this kit specifically recognizes an unknown antigen with a molecular weight of about 200 kDa on the surface of human or mouse pluripotent stem cells, and can be widely used in combination with fluorescence microscopy or high content screening (HCS), etc., to determine the effect of iPS reprogramming, evaluate the stemness of pluripotent stem cells, and detect the differentiation of stem cells.
