This serum-free medium for lymphocytes is specifically designed for in vitro culture and expansion of human lymphocytes. The product is suitable for the research and application of lymphocytes such as T (including CART), DC, CIK, NK and other lymphocytes derived from human peripheral blood. By adding different cytostimulants, the corresponding lymphocytes can be expanded efficiently and rapidly. It can also be used to culture functionally differentiated lymphocyte lines, to study signal transduction pathways, and to perform applications that require component definition. Compared with the commonly used lymphocyte serum-free medium on the market (including the conventional lymphocyte serum-free medium for source culture), the main feature of this product is that it supports high-density culture, with a density of up to 3x106 cells/mL. This product has a good effect under serum-free conditions, and if properly supplemented with human AB serum, it may obtain more superior performance.
