This product is an animal-source-free, protein-free, serum-free medium for serum-free suspension culture of Vero cells, which can support rapid cell proliferation, passage more than 30 times in a row, and maintain high viability. It is suitable for the culture of diarrhea, influenza, rotashape and other viruses. This type of virus needs to be inoculated with trypsin, so it is necessary to change the fluid to remove the serum in the culture medium before inoculating the virus to reduce the effect of serum on trypsin.
