BHK cell serum-free medium is free of animal components, hydrolysate, and protein, and is used for serum-free suspension culture of BHK cells, which can support rapid cell proliferation, passage more than 25 times in a row, and maintain high viability. It is suitable for the cultivation of foot-and-mouth disease, rabies, pseudorabies and other viruses. Fast cell proliferation, large room for virus process optimization at high cell densities, and support high viral titer. BHK cell serum-free medium can be used to establish a serum-free pure suspension virus culture process for BHK cells.
