Exosomes are small vesicles with a diameter of about 30-150 nm secreted by living cells, with a typical lipid bilayer structure, which exist in cell culture supernatant, serum, plasma, saliva, urine, amniotic fluid and other biological fluids. Exosome expression serum-free medium is a medium used to promote the expression of exosomes in tumor cells, stem cells and other cells. The medium is animal-free and serum-free, and the culture state of complete medium can be achieved without adding serum during the cell culture process, which is conducive to the expression of exosomes.
