Ringer’s Buffer is a kind of balanced salt solution (BSS).Ringer’s Buffer，For Amphibian is a liquid that is relatively close to the internal environment of amphibians，with a pH close to neutral，mainly composed of NaCl，KCl，CaCl2，NaHCO3，and glucose，etc. In vitro experiments，this reagent can be used to prolong the beating time of frog hearts in vitro and maintain the physiological activity of other isolated tissues and organs of amphibians. This reagent has undergone aseptic treatment and can be used directly. This reagent is only used in the field of scientific research and should not be used for clinical diagnosis or other purposes.
