Principle:
This method uses the diffusion of antibiotics in agar medium, and the diameter of the inhibition zone is related to the concentration or activity of antibiotics; A microbiological method that compares the size of the inhibitory zone produced by the standard and the test sample on the inoculated test bacteria to determine the titer of the test product.
Usage:
Weigh 24.5g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, divide into triangular bottles, autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes, and set aside.
