Principle:
Peptone provides carbon sources, nitrogen sources, vitamins and minerals; Anhydrous sodium sulfite can be reduced to produce hydrogen sulfide; Agar is a medium coagulant. Iron filings combine with oxygen in the medium to form an anaerobic environment.
Usage:
Weigh 31.0g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, divide the test tubes, 10-15ml per tube, and add an appropriate amount of clean mixed iron powder or iron filings to each test tube, autoclave at 121°C for 20 minutes, and set aside.
