Principle:
Yeast infusion,peptone and beef powder provide carbon and nitrogen sources,vitamins and growth factors; Glucose and maltose are fermentable sugars; Disodium phosphate is used as a buffer; L-cysteine hydrochloride is a reducing component; Potassium acetate and L-malic acid provide metabolic ion sources; Tween 80 is a neutralizing agent; Chlorophenol red is an indicator dye; Agar is a coagulant of the culture medium.
Usage:
Weigh 66.3g of this product,add 500ml of distilled water and 500ml of degassed beer,heat and stir to dissolve,boil for 1 minute to dissolve it thoroughly,autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes,and set aside.
