Principle:
Peptone and beef powder provide nitrogen sources，vitamins and growth factors; Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure; Glucose provides a source of carbon.
Usage:
Weigh 28.0g of this product，heat and dissolve it in 1000ml purified water，divide it，autoclave it at 121 °C for 15 minutes，and set aside.
