This product is used to prepare Phos-key SDS-PAGE gels, providing reagents such as premixed solutions of upper gel (stacking gel) and lower gel (separating gel). Phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated proteins in different bands can be separated. During electrophoresis, the Phos-key complex immobilized on the gel can specifically bind to phosphorylated proteins, resulting in reduced electrophoretic mobility of phosphorylated proteins, resulting in the separation of phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated proteins. It can detect different forms of phosphorylated proteins, without being limited by phosphoantibodies, and can be used for western blotting, mass spectrometry analysis, etc. This product provides a neutral buffer system to ensure high stability and clear separation. This product is compatible with the Tris-Glycine buffer system, and you need to bring your own glue making equipment and deionized water when using.
