5(6)-Carboxytetramethylrhodamine cadaverine is the basis for the production of fluorescent bioconjugates and a fluorescent substrate for transglutaminase，which labels proteins by transamide grouping. TAMRA is one of the most popular conjugates among the many bioconjugates used. TMR is a very bright orange fluorophore. 5(6)-TAMRA is a mixture formed by two TMR monomers with different carboxyl groups.
