Dialysis bag use method :
① Cut the dialysis bag into a small section of appropriate length (about 10cm).
② Bathe in deionized water at 60℃ for 30 minutes, and then rinse in deionized water for 3 times to wash off the glycerin.
③ When in use, one end is clamped with a sinking dialysis bag clamp, filled with water, apply appropriate pressure with your finger, and check that no leakage can be loaded into the sample. It is usually necessary to leave one-third to one-half of the space to prevent excessive water and buffer from entering the bag during dialysis and bursting the bag. After the sample is loaded, the mouth of the bag is tightened with the lifting clamp, and a glass bead can be placed in the bag to make the dialysis bag in a suspended state. In order to speed up dialysis, in addition to changing the dialysate several times, a magnetic stirrer can also be used. Dialysis containers are larger, and large beakers, large cylinders and plastic buckets can be used.
