Product Introduction:
The purpose of immobilization is to preserve the original morphological structure of cells and tissues. Immobilizers can prevent endogenous lysosomal enzymes from autolysis of their own tissues and cells, and inhibit the growth of bacteria and molds. Fixed liquids are mainly divided into aldehyde based fixed liquids, mercury based fixed liquids, alcohol based fixed liquids, oxidant based fixed liquids, picrate based fixed liquids, etc. The more commonly used are aldehyde based and alcohol based fixed liquids.
Paraformaldehyde-glutaraldehyde Fixative Solution(2%/2.5%)is a combination of paraformaldehyde and glutaraldehyde, which can fix more structures and chemical components, and is suitable for electron microscopy observation of sample fixation. Moreover, due to the stable fixation effect, dense tissue after fixation, and higher antigen masking ability than conventional fixation solution, the staining steps need to be adjusted appropriately when used for conventional staining.
