Product Introduction:
Crystal violet is a basic dye that binds to DNA in the nucleus and is commonly used to stain the nucleus.
Crystal violet methanol solution (2.5%) is composed of crystal violet, methanol, etc.It is a kind of tissue or cell staining often used to stain the nucleus into a dark purple staining solution, mostly used in cells. The staining solution itself has the effect of fixation and dehydration, and no additional fixation is needed when used for cell staining. This product is close to saturated solution. It is generally used for compound or direct after dilution. The recommended working concentration is 0.1%-1%.
