Conventional Tris-SDS-PAGE electrophoresis can only distinguish large molecular proteins, and the resolution of relatively small molecular weights, especially proteins below 10 kD, is extremely low. Tricine-SDS-PAGE can separate proteins and peptides with molecular weight in the range of 1-10 kD, which has become the main method of electrophoresis denaturation and separation of peptides. This product includes a complete set of reagents required for the preparation of Tricine-SDS-PAGE gel. Only distilled water is needed to prepare high-quality gel of various concentrations, which is convenient and fast. After electrophoresis, it can be directly used for test dyeing, silver dyeing, Western hybridization and other experiments.

Note:

1. 10%APS is distributed and stored at -20 degrees after preparation. APS solution is unstable, should minimize the room temperature storage time, immediately after each use back to the refrigerator to prevent failure; If it is found that the gel polymerization time is prolonged, it should be replaced with 10%APS stored at -20 degrees.

2, in the gel preparation process, especially the liquid mixing step, should try to avoid the generation of bubbles.

3. Be careful when adding distilled water to the top of the separating glue, and the speed of adding water can not be too fast.

4. Acrylamide is neurotoxic. Please wear lab clothes and disposable gloves during operation.
