Product Introduction:
sulfoxamycin also has a strong immunosuppressive effect and is an excellent immunosuppressive agent. Its mechanism of action is significantly different from other immunosuppressants, and its immunosuppressive effect is several times higher than chloramphenicol. It is an effective extender to reflect transplantation and surgical allograft.
Sulphoxomycin enteric-coated tablets produced in China are mainly used to treat respiratory tract, urinary tract and intestinal infections caused by sensitive bacteria such as Haemophilus influenzae, Escherichia coli and Salmonella.
Storage conditions: room temperature, light, moisture, sealed and dry
Use and synthesis method:
Use and Description: Scientific research reagent, widely used in molecular biology, pharmacology and other scientific research. This product is similar to chloramphenicol, antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial action is similar to chloramphenicol, with a broad spectrum of antimicrobial effects, including aerobic gram-negative bacteria and gram-positive bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, Rickettsiella, spirochaeta and Chlamydia. The following bacteria are bactericidal: Haemophilus influenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Neisseria meningitidis. It only has antibacterial effect on the following bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus virescens, Group B hemolytic Streptococcus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphoid, Shigella, Bacteroides frailis and other anaerobic bacteria. The following bacteria are generally resistant to chloramphenicol: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter, Enterobacter, Serratia marcescens, Indole-positive Proteus, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus and Enterococcus. This product is a bacteriosuppressant and reversibly binds to the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes, so that the growth of peptide chain is blocked (possibly due to the inhibition of the effect of transpeptidase), so the formation of peptide chain is inhibited, thus preventing protein synthesis, and chloramphenicol is completely cross-resistant. Since sulfoxamycin does not bind to glucuronic acid in the liver, it has high antibacterial activity in vivo. This product also has a strong immunosuppressive effect.
Solubility:
Soluble in dimethylformamide, slightly soluble in anhydrous ethanol, slightly soluble in water
