Product introduction

Cellulase 50,000U /g is a solid powder or liquid preparation produced by trichoderma metabolism. It can hydrolyze natural cellulose to produce cello-oligosaccharides, cello-bioaccharides and glucose. The enzyme activity meets relevant international and domestic standards. In the reactants, the accumulation of disaccharides inhibits the enzymatic hydrolysis process. In line with the hygiene requirements of the People's Republic of China industry standard QB1805.1-93 for edible enzyme preparations.

Usage method

Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5 millionth of the weight of the substrate can be effective, please determine the best dosage according to the test.

Unit definition

At 50℃, pH4.8,1g enzyme powder (or 1ml enzyme liquid) can hydrolyze the substrate (filter paper, CMC, absorbent cotton or salicylin) for 1min to produce 1μg glucose with an enzyme activity unit

Matters needing attention

Cellulase is not harmful to people, if accidentally contaminated skin, rinse with clean water. Cellulase due to fermentation raw materials, cycle and other factors, the product color is slightly different, will not affect the use of the effect. The preparation is a bioactive substance and should be stored in a low temperature and dry place to avoid direct sunlight and long-term contact with outside air.
