Product introduction
This product is extracted from Bacillus licheniformis by liquid deep fermentation, and the product is solid dosage form. Features: Mode of action: This product is an endonuclease, which can randomly hydrolyze A-1,4 glucoside bonds in starch, soluble dextrin and oligosaccharides. After enzyme action, the viscosity of gelatinized starch can be reduced rapidly, and dextrin and a small amount of glucose and maltose can be produced by hydrolysis. The effect of calcium ions on enzyme activity: This product is not highly dependent on calcium ions, and the concentration of calcium ions should be maintained in the range of 50-70mg/kg. Implementation standard: GB 8275-2009
Scope of application
It is suitable for bio-pharmaceutical, starch sugar, alcohol, beer, monosodium glutamate, juice, fermentation industry, textile and other industries.
Usage method
Reference dosage: Generally calculated by 8-15 units per gram of starch. 1. Beer industry: After the auxiliary materials are evenly mixed with water, about 0.3 liters/ton (40,000 u/ml) of this product is added at one time, and the temperature rises rapidly, with the best effect at 95-97℃. The temperature is raised to 100℃, and the heat is kept for about 30 minutes. If the iodine liquid test is qualified, the liquefaction is completed. 2. Alcohol industry: the diameter of raw materials is 1.5mm, the ratio of material to water is 1:3.5-4.0 mixed evenly, and the water temperature is 45-55℃. Add about 0.6 liters/ton (40,000 u/ml) of high lake, stir and pump into the cooking heater, the temperature is controlled at 95-105℃, the time is 100 minutes, cool the saccharification. 3. Industries such as monosodium glutamate, caramel and glucose: starch milk can be made according to process requirements, PH6.2 is adjusted, 0.4-0.6 liters (40,000 u/ml) per ton of this product is added. If intermittent liquefaction is used, the liquefaction tank is rapidly heated to 95-100 ° C and maintained for about 30 minutes; If jet liquefaction is used, the jet temperature can be about 110 ° C and maintained at 98 ° C for 60 minutes until the liquefaction is complete. (for reference only)
Unit definition
Above 70℃, pH6.0, 1 minute to liquefy soluble starch 1 mg into dextrin required enzyme amount
Optimum pH
5.2-6.2 (Stable pH range 5.0-10.0, effective pH range 5.0-8.0)
Optimum temperature
Above 95-97 ° C (in continuous jet liquefaction, the temperature can also be 100-110 ° C)
Matters needing attention
1. According to the specific situation of raw materials, equipment and technology, the dosage can be adjusted. 2. This product is more suitable for jet liquefaction, it is best to stir slowly or flip in the heat preservation stage, and the liquefaction time can be adjusted according to the process requirements. 3. If there is a small amount of precipitation, it can be stirred without affecting the use effect.
Remark:These protocols are for reference only. Solarbio does not independently validate these methods.
