Product introduction
β-glucosidase belongs to the cellulases, also known as cellobiose enzymes, originated from Aspergillus Niger. It can act on cellobiose or cellooligosaccharides to assist exo-glucanase and endoglucanase to completely hydrolyze cellulose molecules to glucose. In addition, β-glucosidase can also act on the glycosidic bond between the sugar group and the aryl group or hydrocarbon group, so that the corresponding glycoside compounds are degraded to generate ligand and glucose.
Usage method
1. Conditions of use:
The temperature was 40-55 ° C, and the optimal temperature was 45-50 ° C
PH 4.5-6.0, optimal PH 4.5-5.0
2, recommended dosage: 0.3-0.5% (substrate dry weight)
3. Usage: the substrate is immersed in heated water for 30min, and then activated by 40℃ water for 5-10min. When the temperature and PH value are adjusted to the required conditions, the enzyme solution is slowly added and gently stirred. The constant temperature enzymatic hydrolysis is about 2h (according to the specific substrate), and the extraction process is carried out after the enzymatic hydrolysis.
Unit definition
The amount of enzyme hydrolyzing 1% of barley β-glucan to yield 1μM glucose per minute at 40 ° C, pH6.0 was defined as one unit of enzyme activity.
