Product introduction

Lipase is a kind of enzyme preparation prepared by liquid submerged fermentation of an excellent strain (Aspergillus Niger) and advanced post-extraction process. It can hydrolyze triglycerides or fatty acid lipids to produce mono-or diglycerides and free fatty acids, hydrolyze natural oils to fatty acids and glycerol, and also catalyze lipid synthesis and transesterification reactions.

Scope of application

1. Food industry:

It has good emulsification performance. Strengthen the gluten network, enhance the stability and fermentation resistance of the dough, improve the cooking quality and strength, and increase the volume of the product. It has the effect of whitening, improving the skin quality and internal color of steamed bread products. It can improve the internal structure of steamed bread products, improve the appearance and texture, and improve the taste. Prolong the shelf life of the product, and the effect of re-steaming is good.

The recommended dosage is 1.0-3.0g/100 kg flour (10-30 PPM).

2. Feed industry:

Adding the enzyme to the feed can release short-chain fatty acids, improve the energy utilization rate of oil feed raw materials, increase and improve the flavor and aroma of the feed, and improve the appetite of livestock. And it has a certain therapeutic effect on local inflammation.

The recommended dosage is 0.1‰-1‰ of raw material.

3. Leather industry:

It is one of the main ingredients of enzyme preparation for tanning and also an important material in the production of high-grade leather. It can be used in the usual pre-tanning preparation process. Suitable for all kinds of drum, groove, pond and other processing equipment; Can be used for all kinds of raw material skin soaking, dipping, deashing/softening, degreasing and other processes.

The amount of tanning: at the temperature of 25-55℃, PH6-11 conditions with protease use, lipase generally accounted for 10% of the total amount of enzyme preparation.

Unit definition

1g of solid enzyme powder (or 1mL of liquid enzyme) hydrolyzed the substrate for 1min at a temperature of 40 ° C and pH7.5 to produce 1umol of titrable fatty acid, that is, 1 unit of enzyme activity, expressed as u/g(u/ml).

Matters needing attention

Storage:

1. Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool and dry place. Lipase contains a large amount of active material, and its activity can be maintained for a considerable period of time when stored at low temperature (below 25 ° C, but not frozen).

2. Temperature:

At 25℃, each enzyme activity lost less than 5% liquid and 1% solid every three months.
