TAE buffers are the most widely used nucleic acid electrophoresis buffers in biology, primarily for agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA. The main components of TAE buffer are TRIS-acetate and EDTA. The mobility of double-stranded linear DNA is faster during electrophoresis, and the separation effect is good when electrophoresis fragments larger than 13kb. In addition, TAE buffer system should be used for electrophoresis when DNA fragments are recovered.
This product is 50× concentrated liquid, the working concentration is 1×, can be directly diluted with distilled water 50 times after use. If the product precipitates out, please place it in a 37℃ water bath to dissolve it without affecting the use.
