Product introduction
"Non-specific inhibitors ofcAMP and cGMP phosphodilipase." IBMX inhibits phosphodilipase, and increased cAMP activates PKA, with the result of decreased proliferation, increased differentiation, and induced apoptosis. IBMX inhibited the decrease in tryptamine (decreased mucus IC50 from neuroendocrine epithelial cells: 1.3 μM) induced by phenylephrine. It also acts as an adenosine receptor antagonist.
