The storage solution of 10 times the concentration of this product can be diluted 10 times with deionized water before use, that is, the ready-to-use working solution of PH9.6, which is used for the coating of the antigen or antibody of the enzyme-labeled plate in ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay). When used, appropriate amount of coated buffer was taken to dilute the antigen or antibody solution to the corresponding coated concentration, and 100ul was added into each reaction hole of the ELISA plate, and coated at 4℃ overnight.
