Product Introduction:

1. Wide antibacterial spectrum, high bioavailability, fast absorption, strong antibacterial force, not affected by diet. It can kill both gram-positive and negative bacteria, especially against pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus, Salmonella and staphylococcus and Escherichia coli that are resistant to various drugs. Used in animals, no drug resistance and cross resistance, clinical treatment effect is good.

2. Rapid sterilization: This product is a rapid bactericide, and its effect is obvious after 1-2 hours. About 25% of E. coli were killed 1 hour after exposure to fosfomycin (12.5μg/ml), and all died within 4-6 hours. Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus were all killed at 4 and 8 hours, respectively.

3. Low toxicity and side effects, little stimulation to the body, no acute toxicity and adverse reactions, will not increase the burden on the kidney.

4. Low residue: The elimination time to reach the residue standard in muscles and organs is 48-72 hours.

Use and synthesis method:

Used in research experiments to treat infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Proteus and dysentery.

1. This product is mainly used for pig, chicken and fish; Use in other animals should be under the guidance of a veterinarian.

2. The combination of fosfomycin with β-lactam, aminoglycoside and macrocyclic acyl esters has a synergistic effect, and can reduce or delay the occurrence of bacterial resistance.
