Description:
phosphate buffered solution (PBST), a phosphate buffer containing Tween-20, provides a relatively stable ionic environment and pH buffering ability. It is a buffer salt solution often used in biology, mainly used in immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, enzyme-linked immunity and other experiments, as well as cleaning immunoblot membranes. The product is colorless liquid, pH 7.4±0.2, the main ingredients are potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride and Tween-20.
This product is 1× working fluid and can be used directly. 4℃ storage can extend the shelf life of the product, long-term do not recommend low temperature storage

Note:
Low temperature storage is more likely to produce precipitation. If precipitation is found, shake or place in a 37℃ water bath until completely dissolved before use.
