Product Description:
phosphate buffered solution (PBST), a phosphate buffer containing Tween-20, provides a relatively stable ionic environment and pH buffering ability. It is a buffer salt solution often used in biology, mainly used in immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, enzyme-linked immunity and other experiments, as well as cleaning immunoblot membranes. The product is colorless liquid, pH 7.2-7.4, the main ingredients are potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride and Tween-20.This product is 10× stock liquid, can not be used directly, need to be diluted to 1× working liquid use. Storage at 4℃ can extend the shelf life of the product, and it is not recommended to store at low temperature for a long time.

Note:
Low temperature storage is more likely to produce precipitation. If precipitation is found, shake or place in a 37℃ water bath until completely dissolved before use.

Administrator您好，用去离子水或双蒸水稀释成工作液使用，低温储存较易产生沉淀，如果发现有沉淀产生，请摇晃或置于37℃水浴至完全溶解后再使用。
