preparation method

Add this product to distilled water, volume to 1L, stir to fully dissolve it, adjust the pH value to about 7.2 (generally this step can be omitted, do not adjust). Can be divided, autoclaved at 121 ° C for 15min, inverted plate. If it is necessary to pour the plate containing antibiotics, add the antibiotics after sterilization when the medium is cold enough not to be hot, shake the plate well. Poured plates containing antibiotics were stored at 4 ° C and used up within 2 weeks.
