Product introduction
SOC medium is one of the most commonly used media in molecular biology for bacterial culture. The raw materials of SOC medium produced by our company are domestic analytical pure and imported reagents, which are fully mixed.
preparation method
Add this product to distilled water, volume to 1L, stir to fully dissolve it, adjust the pH value to about 7.2 (generally this step can be omitted, do not adjust). Can be divided, autoclaving at 105 ° C for 30min, ready for use.
