Preparation method

1, weigh the dry powder 5g in the bottle, dissolve in 10ml deionized water, can be reduced or expanded according to the ratio of 50g/L.

2. Slowly pour the dry powder into the deionized water and stir thoroughly with a glass rod.

3, according to the conventional stirring heat to 100℃, until the Agar is completely dissolved, seal the bottle with paper, keep the solution boiling for 2 minutes.

4. Surface inoculation method: When the medium was cooled to 50℃, it was immediately poured into a sterile plate, completely solidified and dried, and then inoculated with lines, and cultured at 36℃ for 18-22h.

Storage

1, the dry powder should be kept in a dry and light environment at 15-30℃,

2, the prepared medium can be stored at room temperature for one day, 2-8℃ in the refrigerator can be stored for one week away from light.

Precautions

1. When stirring and heating to dissolve, avoid solution overflow and burn personnel.

2. The surface of culture genes prepared by surface inoculation was dry, and no obvious wetting was observed.

3. Supplementary experiments must be done for the final identification.
