Cy3,SE fluorescent labeling is often used in biological molecular labeling, fluorescence imaging and other fluorescence bioanalysis. They are widely used to label peptides, proteins and nucleic acids, among others. Cy3,SE fluorescent labeling with Cyanine dye was enhanced by binding to the protein.
