For detection of environmental surface bacteria and determination of the total number of colonies.
Used for the determination of microorganisms on the surface of equipment, workshops, personnel, packaging materials, etc.
Principle: tryptic and soy peptone as basic nutrients to provide nitrogen source, carbon source, vitamins and other nutrients needed for cell growth; Sodium chloride was used to maintain the osmotic pressure balance of the system. Lecithin and Tween 80 can neutralize preservatives and disperse substances in emulsions. Lecithin can neutralize quaternary ammonium salt and Tween 80 can neutralize phenol, hexachlorophenol and formalin. Agar was used as a coagulant.
