42.0g of this product was weighed and dissolved in 1000ml distilled water by slow heating. The product was divided into triangular bottles and autoclaved at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and cooled to about 50℃. For every 100ml of medium, 1ml of 0.5% methyl green water solution filtered to remove bacteria was added, mixed, and poured into the plate.

Precautions
Methyl green preparation (MG) : 0.5% methyl green aqueous solution was prepared. The same volume of chloroform was extracted 5-7 times until the chloroform layer was colorless. 1ml of staining solution was added to each 100ml of sterilized dissolved medium, and the final concentration of methyl green was 0.005%. Methyl green should be prepared by yourself.
