preparation method

Weighing 2.8gKOH, dissolved in 500ml distilled water, and another 38.3g of this product mixed in 500ml distilled water, adjust the pH value 6.8±0.1, heated and boiled for 1 minute, packed 121℃ autoclave sterilization for 15 minutes, cooled to 55℃, add 1 L- cysteine hydrochloride solution per 100ml medium, mix. Pour the plate and use it to prepare BCYE identification Agar. Add one BCYE identification Agar additive and one L-cysteine hydrochloride solution per 100ml of medium.
