Product Description:
pET-32a(+) is a commonly used prokaryotic expression vector of fusion protein type, containing anti-ampicillin gene. Expression is induced by T7RNA polymerase provided by host cells.
Host bacteria:
It is suggested to clone E.coli DH5α or TOP10 as receptor bacteria. The expression was expressed by E.coli BL21(DE3) or BL21(DE3)pLysS as receptor bacteria.
